All individual and couple/duo bookings require a 50% deposit at time of booking.
Full refund will be given with at least 48 hours' notice of cancellation for individual and couple/duo bookings.
All group bookings must be paid in full at time of booking.
Full refund will be given with at least 14 days' notice of cancellation for group bookings.
There can be no amendments or changes to the booking within the 48 hour cancellation period.
A 10% surcharge applies on Sundays and public holidays.
Piaf Day Spa reserves the right to change prices and services without notice.
Spa package and treatment bookings
Please ensure that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your booking time, to receive the full duration of your booking. Late arrivals may shorten the duration of your treatments or private hydrotherapy spa experience.
Please remember to bring your bathers and a pair of slip on shoes such as thongs or sandals if your booking includes the hydrotherapy spa experience.
Please advise us if you have allergies to nuts, essential oils, product ingredients.
Please advise us if you have any of the following; pregnancy, diabetes, congestive heart failure, recent stroke, or recent heart attack, malignant tumours and cancerous conditions, conditions involving high fever.
Piaf Day Spa takes no responsibility for any items that are lost or stolen at the facility. We recommend any valuable items are left at home.
Gift Certificates
Certificates may be redeemed Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays, unless otherwise stipulated.
Certificates must be redeemed by the expiry date.
Certificates will be deemed void if notice of cancellation of a booking is not received at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time, or the holder of the certificate fails to arrive at the appointment.
Certificates may not be redeemed for cash.
Certificates are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase, unless part of a discounted promotion.
Expired certificates hold no value.
Certificates are not refundable.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the total payment.
Same day cancellations or ‘no show’ appointments will be charged the full payment.
